SYNOPSIS:  In this endearing comedy, we meet 70-year old Max Silverman who, after a near-fatal heart attack, wants to achieve the impossible: the re-opening of his Coney Island beachfront bar now closed for the past 22 years.  Along the way, Max enlists the help of his daughter Nancy who has a new nose but no identity, and Arthur who has no job but watches sunrises.  When these three misfits band together, anything is possible!
